The client’s approval for work to commence shall be deemed a contractual agreement between the CLIENT and Best Price Design. The approval for the work can be either an email confirming back the quote (with the quote document attached) or the quote document signed by the client. Important: Approval for the work to commence and payment of the advance fee indicates that the client accepts these terms and conditions.
All material supplied by the client shall remain the client’s property. It will be assumed that this material belongs to the client and that it does not breach any copyright laws.
BPD will retain the copyright of any material, including design, artwork and the source code, created for the client by BPD. Once final payment has been received by Best Price Design, copyright may be transferred to the client if previously agreed.BPD reserves the right to retain the copyright on all material created by Best Price Design.
Photography and graphics:
Best Price Design may use stock photographs and images in the design and build of the site. Images and graphics purchased from stock libraries are not generally included in the quote and will only be included once the client has approved the additional cost.
Best Price Designmakes every effort to design pages that display acceptably in the most popular current browsers (FireFox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Google Chrome), but cannot accept responsibility for pages that do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after pages have been designed.
Search Engine Submission:
Best Price Design is not responsible for the client’s on-going web site promotion unless part of project specifications. Should the client require the site to be promoted a separate contract must be agreed. BPD can make no guarantees about the success of any search engine promotion activity because the search engines control this.
Cancellation Should the client wish to cancel at any point during the process they shall remain liable for the work that has taken place and shall be invoiced accordingly. If cancellation takes place prior to completion the client will be charged what BPD consider to be a reasonable amount for the work carried out to that date.
Best Price Design cannot be held liable for any information contained within The Client’s web site. The content of such remains the copyright and intellectual property of The Client.
The price quoted to the client is for the work agreed on the quotation only. Should the client decide that changes are required, as the site is developed, then we will provide a separate quote for the additional work and may need to review the timescale for completing the project.
An advance of 25% of the total cost of the project (depends on project/client) is required from first time customers before work can commence. After work commences this is non-refundable. Rest of payment will be made as follows unless agreed otherwise: 55% after 80% project work completion 20% after delivery of the project
Payment is currently accepted by PayPal & Bank Wire Transfer, unless otherwise agreed. BPD Also accept payment by USD checks/Bank Drafts, However Due to time involved in these mode of payments its recommended to use Bank Wire Transfer Or PayPal. Customer will be responsible for bank wire transfer fees.
Payment will be due within 14 days of invoice. Full publication of the Web Pages may take place only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed. Any material previously published may be removed if payment is not received. When this occurs a minimum charge of US$ 50 will be required to have the site restored.

Questionnaire and Consultation: A list of questions (like above) will be sent to you to find out more about your requirements and preferences. This gives our web design and development team a foundation to start designing the mock-ups. In addition we will answer any questions you might have about the design of your website.
Mock-Ups Design: Once we receive the completed questionnaire, our team will start designing the sample layouts for your website. We will email you mock-ups with in 24hrs for review.
Feedback: We request a detailed feedback on the design samples as it helps us in revising them to better meet your preferences. Based on your suggestions and feedback on these initial drafts, we will send you.
Design Approval: When you are satisfied with a design and would like to go ahead with it, we will require you to provide us a written approval via email.

Website Development: Once we receive your written approval of the finalization of design, we will start the development process. This process entails optimizing your artwork, creating custom graphics, putting the layout into HTML and integrating the code and images. We will regularly keep uploading the work-in-progress to a specific URL on our servers and you can access it anytime.
Testing: When the design and development of the website is complete, we will upload the site on our servers and test it. You will also have access to view and test all parts of the website and based on your comments, appropriate minor adjustments will be made.
Project Completion: Your files will be handed over to you according to the delivery format you choose. We will also send you a small feedback form to fill.
Timeline: The design and development process is largely dependent upon you as we'll rely on your initial information, feedback, and continued communication to help your web site reach it’s full potential. Under most circumstances, our team can finish till the "Approval" stage within two weeks. Development and Project Completion take anywhere from one week to a month depending on the number of pages involved. But we can assure you that your web site will be up and running as quickly as possible.
Payment Policy: We receive 25% of your estimated total as a deposit prior to beginning work and balance in two equal installments. We accept PAYPAL, Wire Transfers. The final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project and before the completed work is handed over to you.
Work Guarantee: We completely guarantee our design work. After viewing the initial design draft(s), if you are not satisfied and wish to discontinue work on the site, we will refund 50% of your deposit. If you decide to continue to work with us, we offer you unlimited revisions to the design drafts until the point that you are 100% satisfied.
